Love Reins Ranch is seeking an individual as Program Lead.  This individual would be responsible to program all activities, lead by example, and engage all leaders and campers in activities.  Reporting to the Executive Director(s) this person will be well organized, have great time management skills and will be comfortable working in a ministry-based setting.  They will be naturally friendly, welcoming, encouraging and supporting of campers while demonstrating and communicating a ‘can do’ attitude.

Activities will include scheduling for horse activities, BMX bike track, Archery, Bouldering (possibly climbing wall), wide games, water activities, campfire and devotions.  Conversations with others will be with encouragement based on biblical principals and understanding of biblical values.
