Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for camper well-being and community creation

Duties:

• Adhere to the covenant and support the mission of Camp Christopher
• Support Christian faith exploration and the creation of a spiritual community at camp
• Ensure well-being and safety of all participants
• Participate enthusiastically in all camp activities
• Arrive at the designated time before the start of camp and assist with welcoming participants and providing orientation to the site
• Facilitate team building within your assigned group
• Demonstrate positive habits and act as a role model at all times
• Support and accommodate the needs of their assigned campers each week
• Maintain good self-care and personal responsibility during all training and camp programs
• Participate in feedback and goal-setting processes with the Camp Manager and Camp Administrator
